We stayed 3 nights here, this hotel is average on all points. The room was quiet, clean and in a good location. Our room we had was very small for two open suitcases. There wasn't any bedside tables but there was a shelf above the bed, it was a bit awkward to put iPhones etc. The room needed some maintenance, the moulding around the bathroom door was hanging off the frame and the hairdryer would stop every 3-4 minutes. There was no counter in the bathroom just a sink. A bottle of water was provide the first day but not after. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was broken two out of the three days we were there. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly when we checked in and she prepared a kettle and teabags for me. She also helped make a reservation for us at a restaurant we requested. However, the men we encountered at the reception desk after the first day were distracted with their cell phones and didn't even greet us when we left or arrived back at the hotel.

This is a great hotel, in a fantastic location. The hotel is off of a side street (alley), which makes it hard to see from the main road. However, once you are there it’s easy to find and you realize how great of a location it is. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to Trevi fountain and no more than 20 minute walk to 90% of the other major attractions (the Vatican is about 30 minutes). The rooms are very modern, clean and quiet. I chose this hotel because of its location, price, and the fact that they have a 24 hour front desk that could assist me with my transportation to the airport, which was going to be at 3AM. The front desk booked the taxi for me for my return to the airport at the same time they checked me in. Without having to follow up with them, the taxi was there waiting for me 3 days later at 3AM to take me to the airport (as planned on day one). Perfect! The front counter staff was also helpful with directions and advice. I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing service however nice hotel

The hotel itself was OK, I was in one of the renovated rooms which was nice however annoyed that the blinds cannot be open to see outside. Even though not much of a view would have been nice to see out and people watch. Location was good, central however the laneway makes it hard for transportation. Taxis and users would ask to meet or drop off at main street, even with luggage. The "free" coffee was oy available a couple of morning, and cups packed away very early each day. We were on our honeymoon and told we would receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco, which never arrived. Most disappointingly I had booked an airport pick up weeks in advance, and received confirmation. I emailed day before travel to confirm, no response. Flight was delayed by 3 hours arriving at 3am so called the hotel about delay, I was then told that they weren't able to secure a car. Very disappointing and big I hadn't called I would have been waiting around for a car. It was then too late to make other arrangements so had to take a taxi on arrival, which I was trying to avoid at that hour. When we arrived no mention of car, or apology, very disappointing service. Overall nice hotel, although similar other options within same price bracket that I would rather explore next time.

Looking for a hotel in Rome for our 5 day trip was tough! We booked this little gem a month before and we did not regret it. From our arrival, Alessandra was amazing. Making us feel welcome and checking us in promptly. She was very social and as most hotels in Rome are small, we were not holding out much hope for the room. We were super surprised! The rooms were large enough with a big bed along with a stunning bathroom. The place was great to relax in after a long day walking around Rome! Free coffee in the morning was nice and Adel was helpful with sights and where to go. The cleaners were great and the rooms were always spotless and cleaned daily. The location of this hotel is the best thing about it as its less than 10 mins walk to Trevi and Spanish steps, 15 mins to Colosseum and just in a generally central area. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Rome and would highly recommend. We stayed from 5th May to 10th of May 2023.
